The website allows you to view our online product catalogue of over 6,000 products. Products are divided into a range of categories. The main categories are shown on the left hand side of every page.
How do I find a product?
Find a product by navigating the categories. You may also search for a product by entering a product description or product code in the search box. Products are listed with description and price information. Further product details, including specifications, and datasheets can be viewed by clicking the more information link or the product image.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your basket by entering a quantity on the product listing or product details pages. When finished, view basket and enter your order information. Please ensure the delivery address is correct.
Registered Tolway Fixings online account holders can login and place orders with their specific pricing. Login access details are issued by Tolway Fixings. Registered account holders can also choose invoice location and delivery details from those predefined for their account.
When the order is placed, for registered customers, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your online account. Non registered customers will be contacted by a member of our sales team in order to progress the order.

If you do not have a registered Tolway Fixings online account you can place an order enquiry based on our standard 'Till/Cash' pricing.
Who can apply for a credit account?
To apply online, please complete our application for credit form. You can also apply in person at your nearest branch. Contact us for further details.
Order charges and restrictions
Delivery charges will be added to the order. Minimum order quantities and/or order value may apply.
How do I change login details?
To request change of username and/or password please contact us.
Misplaced/lost login details
Please ensure you keep your login details safe and avoid giving them to other parties. Please contact us if you have misplaced your login details. Note, we may ask for proof of identification.
How do I cancel my online account?
If you wish to cancel your online account or disable your login access please contact us. Disabled accounts can be re-enabled at any time in the future should you wish.
Why does the page look different when I print a page?
Due to the different requirements between screen and print media, this website instructs your browser to use an alternative page layout for printing. This includes removing or changing various areas, backgrounds, and fonts in order to save space and ensure readability.
Why is part of the page missing when I print a page?
The printing capabilities of your PC system are undetectable by our website, therefore, the page cannot be sized to match your particular combination of operating system, browser, and printer. It is recommended that you change the left and right hand margins of your printer settings to zero. Consult your browser's help guide for how to do this.
